Photography on Website

Of course there is no way for you to experience the fine quality of our jewelry until you purchase an item and have it shipped to you, therefore we try to photograph our jewelry in such a way so you can see the detail and the quality that goes into each and every piece.

Order Status

Once you place your order, you should print your purchase order for your own records. You will also be notified by email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email confirmation. Log onto your personal account at any time, just type in your “user name” and “password” then click on “Account Maintenance”. Here you can view your purchase history and order status and also make changes to your billing and mailing address if needed.

Custom Orders

On most of our items, you will be able to make changes such as: metal type, and ring size, Our website will let you make these selections through drop down windows, you just make your selection according to your preference.

*Any selections that you make that are not listed will be considered a custom order and therefore will be a final sale with no refund or exchange. Also any items that are engraved will be a final sale with no refund or exchange.

To make a custom order request, type your requests or message in the “Message Box” located at the bottom of your last “check out” page.
(Example: SKU#xxxxxx in 14k white gold, size 9, etc…)

Ring Sizing

The best way to get your correct ring size is to go to a jeweler and have your finger sized.
*DesCar Jewelers will not be responsible for incorrect ring or finger size.

Sales Tax

Currently, we collect sales tax in Massachusetts. All other locations at this time are not subject to sales tax.

Delivery Time

We ship overnight and up to 3 business days on in stock items.
Please allow 2-4 weeks on special items customized especially for you.

Availability

From time to time jewelry manufacturers discontinue items for whatever reason, therefore we check our inventory for availability frequently. Even though we check often, we may end up with an item on our website that has been discontinued or is on back order. If this happens, we will then contact you the customer and we will accommodate you.

Pricing

DesCar Jewelers strives for “Quality at the lowest possible price”. On certain 14k gold items, you the customer may need to contact us (781)894-0523 for price quote due to the fluctuating gold market.

We sell only quality jewelry and we will not accept inferior product or poor workmanship from our manufacturers!
