30 Day Exchange / Refund Policy

At DesCar Jewelry Design, LTD strive for excellence in every piece of jewelry that we offer. Therefore we are sure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase from our store and we will gladly exchange your merchandise. Online orders may be refunded on a case by case basis.

(Refunds or exchanges do not include shipping, handling and insurance).

What to do:

  1. First contact us toll free at (781)894-0523
  2. Have your original invoice (you must return original or copy)
  3. We collect all your information including your credit card information that you made your purchase with.
  4. All items returned must be in original condition in it’s original boxes. There can be no alterations (ie..engraved, sized, worn) or marks of any kind on jewelry and boxes, if there are, we will decline your return or exchange and return to sender.
  5. All items must be insured for full value on invoice. Items insured for more than $500, must ship via US Postal Service registered insured.
  6. Request a return receipt so you can track your shipment and to be sure that your package gets to us.

* DesCar Jewelry Design, LTD is not responsible for damage or loss of any items being returned or sent.

Once we receive and inspect all items and boxes and they pass our inspection, then at that point we will issue you a credit refund or exchange per your request.
